Villa Ammos is a modern holiday luxurious maisonette spanning 235m², nestled in the heart of Agioi Apostoloi (Saint Apostles), just 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) west of the center of Chania and a mere 100 meters from the nearest sandy beach (offering a choice of 4 different sandy beaches!).

Villa Ammos offers ample space, covering 235m² (2150 sqft), providing comfortable accommodation for 10 to 13 guests. It features a total of 5 bedrooms - 4 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets, a roomy loft with a double bed, and an additional room with 2 single beds. In detail, Villa Ammos offers 3 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, a loft with a double bed accessible from the first floor, and a semi-ground area divided into two separate rooms (one with a double and a single bed, and the other with two single beds) accessed from the ground floor.

The luxurious maisonette boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a generous living room with dining area, and 3 bathrooms (1 on the first floor with a large bathtub and washing machine, 1 on the ground floor with a shower, and 1 private bathroom with a spacious shower in the semi-ground room).

The house features a large balcony on the ground floor and 2 smaller ones on the first floor, complete with modern tables and chairs and views of the beautiful Agii Apostoli park! The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, stools, a home cinema with an LCD TV, DVD and music player, board games, and a dining room glass table for 6 persons with comfortable chairs.

Villa Ammos also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, electric reamer, toaster, cooking equipment, cutlery, glasses, plates, a large fridge with freezer, water boiler, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

All bedrooms offer comfortable beds with high-quality COCO-MAT mattresses and pillows for maximum relaxation, bedside tables with reading lamps, large closets, air conditioning, and LCD TV sets (the loft room does not include a TV).

During their stay, guests are provided with large and smaller towels, as well as beach towels. All linens are of high quality (COCO-MAT), and the bathrooms include liquid handwash, hair shampoo, and body shower gels. Additionally, guests can find an iron, hairdryer, hair straightener, and a safe deposit box for their precious belongings and jewelry.

The maisonette is equipped with air conditioning in every room (living room and bedrooms), and free high-speed WiFi internet connection is available. There is also a solar heater and an electric boiler for instant hot water.

Private parking with an electric gate for one car is available at the villa, with plenty of free parking very close to the house.

For our younger guests, all suitable equipment is available upon request (baby cot, baby carriage, baby food chair, etc.).
